Root - Precision Farming

A mobile application that collects real-time data from in-ground soil sensors and alerts users when customized thresholds are exceeded, enabling faster intervention and improved soil health for farms and gardens.

Modern software connected to somewhat cheap but advanced hardware can effectively monitor and improve the soil quality; this will allow us to offer much more reasonable soil management for smaller scale farms and gardens, while we discover and learn about using in ground sensors and expand on our programming knowledge.
