Ethics in AI is two-sided. One side of AI is how AI infrastructure is affecting the world and environment. One side is how its affecting the people using it. About 3-5 years ago, it would be as easy to spot an AI generated image as it is spotting a poorly photoshopped image. Now, if you don't look and dissect an image enough, you could easily fall victim to believing its real. With more advances in the future, it will be near impossible to tell without proper technology. It is scary enough how powerful AI can be today. In an idealistic world, AI would be used for ONLY good — However, we know that is not true whatsoever. We all need tools to battle AI as AI will almost certainly and inevitably used to harm. Time to stand up against AI.
